Dave Angood

Dave left the RAF in 1999 as a Warrant Officer after having served 39 years! He is now living in Coningsby, Lincolnshire. A few years ago he was involved in a bad road accident and I understand still suffers with some disability. Sometime ago Dave was awarded the BEM for services to young peoples sport, Well done Dave! Now retired.

Derek M. Beard

Reach the rank of Flight Luitenant. Was OC Supply at Cardington. I have had unconfirmed reports that Derek has since died.

Roger Bennett

Last heard of at Wildenrath in 1968. At that time he was a Corporal. I have also heard that he left the seervice shortly after that.

Peter left the RAF in 1984 as a Sergeant and is now a careers officer

John W. Cleland

Just heard from John and he did 11 years in the service. He is married with 2 children (one of each) and lives in Doncaster. Waiting to hear more news from him to help fill this page.

Nigel Cole

Nigel became a FS Crewman Wessex helicopters and he retired in 1973. Sadly about a year later he died in an auto accident in Holland.

After leaving Bircham Partick saw service at Stafford(62-65), Butterworth(65-67), Fairford & Abingdon(68-70), Muharraq(71) and Brize Norton(72-73). Patrick left the RAf in 1973 and worked in Civil Aviation. In 95 Patrick joined his wife in here company until they sold their interests. They now run a riding stable in Sunny Sussex. Sussex
